I thought it will be good to pen down some thoughts here.
I ‘talked’ to Helen last night. Before I go into that, I want to rant about my work.

Last week was HELL week for me! Absolutely hate my work last week!
I hate it till the extent that I want to quit my job! It made me so moody and grouchy! Arrgghhh!
Well, that was just a thought. I can’t do that for many reasons which I do not want to elaborate on it.

The only thing made my week was the sumptuous dinner @ Sushi Tei that I had with Bren & Linda!
Bren gave us a treat to celebrate her promotion after 4 years! (: Happy for her! I shall post the foodie photos when I am free.

Yep, I ‘talked’ to Helen last night. I don’t know what exactly made me voiced out all those thoughts that has been brooding me for so long. Not sure if I made the right choice to do that but indeed I felt a little better after speaking up.

Ten years. 10 years. True friends grow up separately without growing apart. How true is it?

Sometimes in order to pursue something, you will have to forgo something.

Alright, I gonna have my dinner now. fresh strawberries with yogurt. (: (:
I need to lose weight badly; I have to stick to my regime! 加油!

Time to scribble something here.
School has been very busy for me for the past few months and now that things slowed down a lil.
I have been preparing for my exams for the past few weeks.

I been listening to Yes 933 for the past few days while mugging my notes and I took part in guessing the password contest.
Guess what? I got it correct and won $200 CASH.
HAHA! Damn lucky of me.
It is not easy to call in the station, the line is always engaged!
I tried 15 times in the noon but didn’t get through, tried 3 times in the evening and I got in!! Woohoo!

I can’t wait for exams to end.
I want to indulge in my HK dramas!
I have several series waiting for me!! =)

Alright, it’s 8.05am. I need to go for breakfast then go pray my grandfather.

Loot-y week!

Saw it?? Hehe…
All my loots arrived! A pink American Eagle Polo, mint Cross Front Frock, black M-shaped Lace Frock & purple Embellished dress from Bonitochico!!
I love the lace details on the black frock and studded details on the purple dress!
Wheeeeee! Happy!
Ohh I can wear the mint dress to work tomorrow and
the rest to be kept for special occasions and wedding dinners! =)

i love babies!

Baby Sherene

went to Thomson Medical today during lunch time to visit Jessica.
Sherene’s soooooo adorable! i wanted to carry her but she was crying then i don’t dare to carry her, so afraid that i will make her cry again.
never mind, let’s wait till Sherene is 1 month old, I will carry her! hehe!

Babies are soooo adorable…hmmm I can’t wait to have my own babies… =))

Here comes the second entry! I owe you guys big time!
I had soooo soooo many entries to complete!
Vietnam Day 3, my 团圆饭 with 猪朋狗友, my 拜年 photos, Becca birthday etc etc!
I am so tied down with my school assignments and didn’t even have sufficient sleep everyday!
Ok…I will try my best to complete them, just give me more time.

No more kaya with bread! Haha... I love their American breakfast! I am spoilt with widespread of choices!! =)

fresh strawberries to go with yougurt! i love that! i had that for two consecutive days! if i can tabao to my room for dessert, i will definitely do that! hehe!

the meeting marathon is about to start. 8 hours of meeting! *scream*

Stir Fried Station: Pick your choice of raw food and he will fry it for you.

I can't believe I actually finished the entire plate of veggies! :) From then, I made it a habit to eat one serving of veggies everyday.

One group photo before we leave for our dinner...

We had our dinner at this restaurant-on-the-ship. Don't ask me what is the name and where is it. I don't know...hahaha! I merely sat on the bus and Iris bought us here.

Cheers!!

My bosses: Joey and Bala

Cheers again!

Time for sabotage... Haha! I think I am the one who can't hold liquor well man. Thank god that they did not make me drink...

Cheers for the third time. Hardcore drinkers!

The food are usually served cold on a metal plate to be heated up using the mini portable gas stove. Interesting!

We are sailing off...all the waiters and waitress dressed in sailor uniforms. Cool right?

We headed to one of the night market for SHOPPING!! Weeeee! I waited for the entire day for this! FINALLY!!

Stalls that sells accessories. I wanted to pick something for Helen, Sharon and Evon but the accessories don't look appealing to me at all. So disappointing! But anyway, I managed to grab some souvenirs before I left the night market.

Their roadside zhe char stalls located inside the night market

Hillary negotiated the best price for us! She is such a experienced bargainer that this guy even surrendered and said that she bargained very well. And this guy is only 19 years old and he owns two clothes stall, earning big bucks!

Fruits stalls...

We took a cab back to the hotel and the cab fare cost only SGD 3.50 in total!
Walao! It’s a 7-seater cab somemore!! Each person only need to fork out SGD 0.50 leh! Dirt cheap lar!
In the end, Joey said that she will pay for the entire cab fare since it’s cheap!

I love the dinner we had on the ship, it was a new experience!
The entire dinner is approximately 1 hr 30 min, sailing from one port to another port.
I think it will be even better if we can extend it so that we can enjoy the food and scenery

P/S: Uploading all the food photos makes me hungry!
Awwww…. I am craving for Crystal Jade’s 小笼包 and KOI bubble tea!! =))

At last!! Haha, took me one month to chun out this post!
Haha!! Ok…time for me to share with you what I have done in HCM.

I woke up at 4.30am!! *scream* I have not tell you what time I slept. It's 12.30am OK?! Cos I had night classes the day before. Slept for 4 hrs ONLY lor! Waiting to board on the plane...

Seriously...I really don't like the idea of budget airlines especially when my baggage is not checked in. I have to walk there...carry my luggage and climb up the stairs...Sighs! And the plane stinks!! Reek of the-clothes-soaked-in-water-for-days-never-washed smell....YUCKS!

And it rained when we were about the board on the plane....SIGH! Ok fine...I think I should stop complaining cos everything is paid for. =)

Travelled for 2 hours...and here we are. In HCM's arrival hall. I am shocked. No air-con le!

She is Iris, our tour guide for the day. She can speak Chinese too!

Motorbikes are everywhere. Iris said that there are a total of 5 millions of bikes in HCM City alone!

Bikes bikes bikes...

Nice colorful hats hanging outside of the shop...

I told you....bikes are everywhere!

Street hawkers...

Did you see that? Motorbikes rode on the predestian road when there are jams! Not just one bike, all the bikes are doing that!

And they rode in all sorts of directions...I am amazed! That's bad when we tried to cross the road during our Amazing Race. So we stood in a row, hooked each other arms, screamed and crossed the road CONFIDENTLY. Hmmmm the bikes will automatically slow down and avoid you...at the same time they will honk you. HAHA! I told the rest that if we cross the road like that in Singapore, we would have die immediately. We crossed in this manner for all three days in HCM! Safe and sound! Haha!

Waiting to check in...

Unfortunately we reached way too earlier, we can't check it first. We left all our luggages in one of our colleagues' room. They came one day earlier than us to scout the place. Haha...so many people in one room!

Hotel lobby...

We have our lunch at this Vietnamese buffet restaurant. I don't fancy Vietnam foods. They looks weird and even tasted weird. It took me quite some time to figure out what is the food made of. I never had such a "difficult" meal before. Haha!

We headed to the zoo for our Amazing Race!

Our team name, "Victory"

i must say that i love the buildings in Vietnam. I smell France...hehe

Vietnam's post office. I am not sure if all the post offices in Vietnam look like that but this is what I saw. Haha!

The place where we had our dinner after a tiring day of Amazing Race in Ho Chi Minh. I even injured my toe, part of my toe nail came off and bleeding like hell!! Sigh!!

HCM is well known for beef noodles. But I can't take beef so I opt for chicken. It's delicious! They have a branch in Singapore. I gonna track it down and try it again! I miss the noodles! If not for my injured toe, I think I could have easily down two bowls of it! Hehe...

And the coffee! I tell you, it's wonderful! Thou, I can't take coffee. 来到越南,如果没有尝一尝越南咖啡,就不算到过越南啦! Soooo...I took a small sip and loved it instantly. Very nice!

Coffee serves with a metal drainer...that's cool! I bought a set of this and coffee powder for Linda. She said the coffee is nice! =)

After the dinner, we finally headed back to the hotel to check in. I need a bed badly! Was mad tired after the amazing race with non-stop of running under the hot sun!!

The room is very spacious that I think it can fit another one more bed! =)

=)=) I love bathtubs! I always want to have a bubble bath BUT...I don't dare to use public bathtubs. Kinda of disgusting. Not sure if it's 100% clean or not...

We wanted to go to the night market but it was moved to some place that is damn far from the hotel. So we went to the supermarket next to the hotel. Ok, I think their supermarket is smelly. There's this unbearable smell but I still shopped inside for damn long. Everything is so cheap! I feel like buying everything back lah! I bought lot of instant noodles. Some are for Jaselyn. And I only paid for about SGD 7.00 for all these! Woohoo!

I love shopping in overseas’ supermarket.
It’s damn amazing to see lots of weird and interesting local stuffs.
I still remember that I spent quite a while in BKK Big C (Carrefour style supermarket).
Everything is soooooo cheap!

Did I tell you that I am super sensitive to new pillows and beds?
Usually I won’t be able to sleep on the first day on new bed and pillow but I managed to fall asleep on the first day in Vietnam!

忙忙忙,超级忙啊!!!

I love my bangs! Everyone commented that I look so much younger in bangs.
I decided to keep bangs instead of fringe. Hehe!

I am so so SO tied up with my assignments and projects.
I guess I won’t have the time to update anything here for the time being till late March. Sighs!

I really can’t wait for the semester to end. I am really really very tired.
Sometimes I just wish that I am a full time/part time student without having to work full time. Sighs!

I just came back from NLB, I already went there for three consecutive days for my assignment research.
I was there before the library opens, in order to be the first one to enter the library and grabbed all these freaking thick reference books before someone else act faster than me.
And there’s a huge stack of photocopied references that I will need to digest first before I could embark on my essay.
Ok, I am off for a shower and I need to MUG!

Goodnight peeps!!
