At last!! Haha, took me one month to chun out this post!
Haha!! Ok…time for me to share with you what I have done in HCM.

I woke up at 4.30am!! *scream* I have not tell you what time I slept. It's 12.30am OK?! Cos I had night classes the day before. Slept for 4 hrs ONLY lor! Waiting to board on the plane...

Seriously...I really don't like the idea of budget airlines especially when my baggage is not checked in. I have to walk there...carry my luggage and climb up the stairs...Sighs! And the plane stinks!! Reek of the-clothes-soaked-in-water-for-days-never-washed smell....YUCKS!

And it rained when we were about the board on the plane....SIGH! Ok fine...I think I should stop complaining cos everything is paid for. =)

Travelled for 2 hours...and here we are. In HCM's arrival hall. I am shocked. No air-con le!

She is Iris, our tour guide for the day. She can speak Chinese too!

Motorbikes are everywhere. Iris said that there are a total of 5 millions of bikes in HCM City alone!

Bikes bikes bikes...

Nice colorful hats hanging outside of the shop...

I told you....bikes are everywhere!

Street hawkers...

Did you see that? Motorbikes rode on the predestian road when there are jams! Not just one bike, all the bikes are doing that!

And they rode in all sorts of directions...I am amazed! That's bad when we tried to cross the road during our Amazing Race. So we stood in a row, hooked each other arms, screamed and crossed the road CONFIDENTLY. Hmmmm the bikes will automatically slow down and avoid you...at the same time they will honk you. HAHA! I told the rest that if we cross the road like that in Singapore, we would have die immediately. We crossed in this manner for all three days in HCM! Safe and sound! Haha!

Waiting to check in...

Unfortunately we reached way too earlier, we can't check it first. We left all our luggages in one of our colleagues' room. They came one day earlier than us to scout the place. Haha...so many people in one room!

Hotel lobby...

We have our lunch at this Vietnamese buffet restaurant. I don't fancy Vietnam foods. They looks weird and even tasted weird. It took me quite some time to figure out what is the food made of. I never had such a "difficult" meal before. Haha!

We headed to the zoo for our Amazing Race!

Our team name, "Victory"

i must say that i love the buildings in Vietnam. I smell France...hehe

Vietnam's post office. I am not sure if all the post offices in Vietnam look like that but this is what I saw. Haha!

The place where we had our dinner after a tiring day of Amazing Race in Ho Chi Minh. I even injured my toe, part of my toe nail came off and bleeding like hell!! Sigh!!

HCM is well known for beef noodles. But I can't take beef so I opt for chicken. It's delicious! They have a branch in Singapore. I gonna track it down and try it again! I miss the noodles! If not for my injured toe, I think I could have easily down two bowls of it! Hehe...

And the coffee! I tell you, it's wonderful! Thou, I can't take coffee. 来到越南,如果没有尝一尝越南咖啡,就不算到过越南啦! Soooo...I took a small sip and loved it instantly. Very nice!

Coffee serves with a metal drainer...that's cool! I bought a set of this and coffee powder for Linda. She said the coffee is nice! =)

After the dinner, we finally headed back to the hotel to check in. I need a bed badly! Was mad tired after the amazing race with non-stop of running under the hot sun!!

The room is very spacious that I think it can fit another one more bed! =)

=)=) I love bathtubs! I always want to have a bubble bath BUT...I don't dare to use public bathtubs. Kinda of disgusting. Not sure if it's 100% clean or not...

We wanted to go to the night market but it was moved to some place that is damn far from the hotel. So we went to the supermarket next to the hotel. Ok, I think their supermarket is smelly. There's this unbearable smell but I still shopped inside for damn long. Everything is so cheap! I feel like buying everything back lah! I bought lot of instant noodles. Some are for Jaselyn. And I only paid for about SGD 7.00 for all these! Woohoo!
I love shopping in overseas’ supermarket.
It’s damn amazing to see lots of weird and interesting local stuffs.
I still remember that I spent quite a while in BKK Big C (Carrefour style supermarket).
Everything is soooooo cheap!
Did I tell you that I am super sensitive to new pillows and beds?
Usually I won’t be able to sleep on the first day on new bed and pillow but I managed to fall asleep on the first day in Vietnam!
